HarbourView Equity Partners, an investment firm in the entertainment and media space, has announced the acquisition of ‘select songwriting and publishing assets’ from the hip-hop and R&B music group and production team Full Force.<\/p>\n
Full Force, known for their multifaceted roles as both performers and producers, emerged in the 1980s and gained recognition as producers and performers, crafting chart-topping hits and shaping the careers of iconic artists.<\/p>\n
Their works include All I Have To Give<\/i> from the Backstreet Boys’<\/strong> self-titled debut album, which sold over 25 million copies worldwide, and Rihanna\u2019s<\/strong> 2005 hit That La, La, La.<\/i> They are credited with discovering the supergroup Lisa Lisa & Cult Jam<\/strong>, known for hits like I Wonder If I Can Take You Home.<\/i><\/p>\n The six-member group, formed by brothers Bowlegged<\/strong> Lou<\/strong>, Paul<\/strong> Anthony<\/strong>, B-Fine<\/strong>, and cousins Baby Gerry, Curt-T-T <\/strong>and J-R Shy Shy<\/strong>, are behind hits of their own like Ain\u2019t My Type of Hype<\/i> (from the movie\u00a0House Party<\/i>), Alice, I Want You Just for Me, Temporary Love Thing <\/i>and their top 10 R&B hit All in My Mind<\/i> from\u00a0their album\u00a0Guess Who’s Comin’ To The Crib<\/i>.<\/p>\n “As exceptional songwriters, producers, and musicians, [Full Force] seamlessly weaved creativity and innovation into timeless tunes, collaborating with some of the most prominent icons of our generation.”<\/p>\n Sherrese Clarke Soares, HarbourView Equity Partners<\/b><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Full Force has also created timeless music for themselves and other artists like Rihanna<\/strong>, Justin Timberlake, N’Sync, UTFO, Britney Spears, Samantha Fox, James Brown, Selena, Black Eyed Peas,<\/strong> and more.
