Special guests Cage The Elephant will join Oasis for all North American performances.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8220;<b>Ticketmaster<\/b>&#8216;s dynamic pricing model will not be applied to the forthcoming sale of tickets to Oasis concerts in North America.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Oasis Management<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\">Sources <a href=\"https:\/\/www.musicbusinessworldwide.com\/oasis-tickets-to-go-on-sale-for-north-american-leg-of-2025-tour-with-no-dynamic-pricing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told<\/a> MBW<i> <\/i>that face value ticket prices will range from <b>$79 <\/b>to about <b>$375<\/b>, plus booking fees, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/2022\/12\/02\/taylor-swift-resale-tickets-eras-tour\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">comparable<\/a> to other major artist tours in recent months.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The decision to forgo dynamic pricing follows a controversial UK ticket launch, which saw over<b> 10 million fans<\/b> from<b> 158 countries<\/b> attempting to purchase tickets. The surge in demand led to technical difficulties and frustrated fans. During the UK sale, some tickets reportedly more than doubled in price due to Ticketmaster&#8217;s dynamic pricing system, with prices surging from around <b>\u00a3150<\/b> to<b> \u00a3355<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">      <div class=\"mb-advert__incontent\">      <div class=\"mb-advert mb-advert__spu\" data-loaded=\"no\" data-name=\"300x250 Sponsor MPU #1\" data-params=\"dfp_spu1\" id=\"dfp_spu1\"><\/div>      <\/div>      <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The<a href=\"https:\/\/www.musicbusinessworldwide.com\/oasis-ticket-sale-furore-prompts-dynamic-pricing-probe-in-the-uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> ticketing fiasco<\/a> prompted the <b>Competition and Markets Authority (CMA)<\/b> to launch an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.musicbusinessworldwide.com\/uk-competition-regulator-launches-investigation-into-ticketmaster-over-oasis-concert-sales12\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">investigation<\/a> into Ticketmaster&#8217;s practices. The CMA plans to examine \u201cwhether the sale of Oasis tickets by Ticketmaster may have breached consumer protection law.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Oasis previously <a href=\"https:\/\/www.musicbusinessworldwide.com\/oasis-distance-themselves-from-ticketmasters-dynamic-pricing-while-adding-two-more-wembley-stadium-dates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">distanced<\/a> themselves from the dynamic pricing decision in the UK, saying they leave ticketing and pricing choices to their promoters and management.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cWe have made this decision for the North America tour to hopefully avoid a repeat of the issues fans in the UK and Ireland experienced recently.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Oasis Management<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cWhile prior meetings between promoters, Ticketmaster and the band\u2019s management resulted in a positive ticket sale strategy, which would be a fair experience for fans, including dynamic ticketing to help keep general ticket prices down as well as reduce touting, the execution of the plan failed to meet expectations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">      <div class=\"mb-advert__incontent\">      <div class=\"mb-advert mb-advert__spu\" data-loaded=\"no\" data-name=\"300x250 Sponsor MPU #2\" data-params=\"dfp_spu2\" id=\"dfp_spu2\"><\/div>      <\/div>      <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cAll parties involved did their utmost to deliver the best possible fan experience, but due to the unprecedented demand this became impossible to achieve,\u201d Oasis (<b>Noel Gallagher, Liam Gallagher, <\/b>and bandmates) said in a statement on September 4.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">For the North American leg, Oasis seems determined to avoid similar issues.
