holds\u00a0<strong>96.65%\u00a0<\/strong>of\u00a0Believe\u2018s share capital privately; the\u00a0sub-4%\u00a0remainder of\u00a0Believe\u2019s\u00a0stock is held by public shareholders on the Paris Euronext.<\/p>\n<p>At the time (in April), the Ladegaillerie consortium (\u2018<strong>Upbeat Bidco<\/strong>\u2019) moved to delist the Paris-listed firm through a public buyout offer of\u00a0<strong>\u20ac15.30<\/strong>\u00a0per share, valuing Believe\u2019s entire share capital at about\u00a0EUR\u00a0<strong>\u20ac1.54 billion<\/strong>\u00a0(USD $1.75 billion).<\/p>\n<p>Now,
