He previously served as A&amp;R and Head of Streaming at <strong>3Beat Productions, <\/strong>and as a Senior Streaming Account Manager at <strong>Universal Music Group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, he founded <strong>Ripe Records<\/strong>, an independent label based in Liverpool.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sander Stijnen<\/strong> previously served as Head of Marketing at\u00a0<strong>XITE, <\/strong>leading global music video marketing campaigns.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to that<strong>,<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Stijen was at<strong> Warner Music Group<\/strong>, where he launched <strong>ADA<\/strong> in Benelux and later became Head of A&amp;R, signing artists including <strong>Cho<\/strong>, <strong>Jinho 9<\/strong>, <strong>Kidd Keo<\/strong>, <strong>Bizzey<\/strong>, <strong>Dopebwoy<\/strong>, <strong>Mathieu Koss<\/strong>, <strong>Oualid<\/strong>, <strong>LASSA<\/strong>, and <strong>Kovacs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Romain Dilouya<\/strong>\u00a0previously served as International Territory Manager at <strong>Redeye Worldwide<\/strong> and Head of A&amp;R at <strong>Kuroneko Media<\/strong>, where he led catalog development, label strategy, and international growth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Henry Burke<\/strong> has a background in A&amp;R, artist development, label management, and digital marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Symphonic, he was a Senior A&amp;R Manager at <strong>Liberty Music PR<\/strong>.
