Sarah Stennett\u2019s first management company, Turn First Artists, is where she got her start. She founded the company out of London, focusing on artist management and development.<\/p>\n
At Turn First Artists, three-quarters of Stennett\u2019s co-directors were female, which British soul artist Liam Bailey cited as giving them a leg-up in dealing with rising stars. When artists are in their developmental period but feel supported unconditionally, he said, they fulfill their true potential.<\/p>\n
Since then, Turn First Artists has been folded into Stennett\u2019s new venture, First Access Entertainment, which she co-founded with Len Blavatnik and Access Industries. Stennett also assumed the CEO role at FEA.<\/p>\n
The partnership enabled Stennett to offer both management and label services. In 2017, FEA signed a global administration deal<\/a> with Warner Chappell Music to handle its in-house music publishing roster.<\/p>\n FEA now offers varied services including artist management, model management, an in-house label, music publishing, television and film development, and sports management. Their management roster has included such artists as Lil Peep, Iggy Azalea, Ellie Goulding, Madison Beer, Jessie J., and Rita Ora. Stennett was responsible for launching Iggy Azalea\u2019s career and strategized Zayn Malik\u2019s solo career beginnings after his departure from One Direction.<\/p>\n In 1995, Stennett also co-founded the boutique media and entertainment law firm SSB Solicitors, which specializes in the music industry.
